Spend your vacation doing what it's for, relaxing! We'll look after your house and pets while you are away."While You're Away" services include:
Mail and Package Management: Collect, sort, and organize mail and packages to prevent them from piling up.
House Security: Monitor security systems, ensure doors and windows are locked, and handle any security-related concerns.
Pet Care: Provide care for pets, including feeding, walking, and ensuring they have everything they need.
Plants and Garden Maintenance: Water plants, tend to the garden, and ensure everything is well-maintained.
Coordinate Home Repairs or Services: Schedule and oversee any necessary repairs or maintenance while the owners are away.
Handle Emergency Situations: Address any unexpected issues, such as a plumbing or electrical emergency, and ensure everything is resolved.
Maintain Communication: Keep the owners updated on important matters and provide peace of mind during their vacation.
Check Appliances and Systems: Ensure that all appliances and systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are functioning properly.
3rd party expenses are not included in fees and surcharges by 10%.
