A Personal Note from Our Founder

Life gets busy—really busy. Over the years, I’ve navigated many stages of life: from being a newlywed and a full-time professional, to a stay-at-home mom, to a small business owner with a growing team. No matter the stage, one challenge remained the same: never enough time.

I founded To Do Ta Done when my youngest was heading off to preschool. I needed work that allowed for flexibility, while still contributing meaningfully to my community. That’s when I had the idea to help others who were in the same boat—people with long to-do lists and no time to tackle them.

I often wished I had someone I could trust to:

  • Drop off my car for that long-overdue oil change

  • Wait for the cable technician at home while I worked

  • Check off the dozens of little things that kept piling up

So I became that person for others.

What started as a solo errand service has grown into a trusted, full-service team of Personal Assistants and Professional Organizers—backed by reliable movers, skilled tradespeople, and experienced realtors. Today, we handle everything from small personal tasks to large-scale projects like remodels, staging, and estate clear-outs.
